There is no LOVE sincere than the Love of food. Do you agree guys? Recently I visited Indigo deli for brunch. Indigo has been a great fine dining restaurant in Mumbai and now they have opened in Delhi.
Talking
about ambiance, its looks very classy and elegant with wooden furniture
and glass planes. They have opened roof top dining and have come up
with a specific menu along with there regular menu for terrace sitting.
The place looks great. In winters you enjoy the soothing cold breeze
with warm sun rays on rooftop with great cuisine. Even the evenings will
be warm and cozy. Take a look at pictures below of interiors:
Starting with Garlic cracker and red wine sangria we started chatting and enjoying the brunch. Then we decided to have roasted plum tomato soup with basil pesto. Red wine sangria was freshly made and tasted great. With soup we had fresh bread and tasted there in-house jams. The variety they serve for in-house jams is different to taste but I am sure you will love all of them. I have heard so much about about calamari being this great and that great so, there was no chance of missing that out from there menu. Calamari tasted simply amazing.

Pork Ribs and stuffed corn fed chicken had the absolute right amount of
spices and were soft inside. There wafer crisp pizza was delicious
specially pizza choriso. We also had some mouth watering dishes like
beer batter fried squids, pulled pork burger, Eggs Benedict, pepper
chicken romali which tasted delicious.

We
tasted there excellent in-house ice-creams and I loved blueberry &
mint flavor. You might like salted butter pecan flavor of ice-cream
also. In deserts we had fresh fruit tart, Banana caramel souffle with
toffee sauce, chunky chocolate mousse and triple chocolate ice cream. My
personal favorite is triple chocolate ice cream. Some pictures below
for you.
Overall it is an amazing place to hangout with friends and family for brunches and dinner. Do not forget to try there in-house jams they taste really good.
Love!
Manasi
